The Role:  

• Own, plan, execute and manage external audit engagements  

• Lead fieldwork and oversee completion of audit files  

• Review workpapers and provide guidance to junior staff  

• Mentor and support the development of junior team members  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships  

• Present findings and communicate outcomes to Partners  

• Identify advisory opportunities within audit engagements  

• Contribute to engagement planning and delivery efficiency  

About You: 

• CA qualified or near completion  

• 4+ years of Australian external audit experience within a professional services firm  

• Experience across a range of client industries and sizes  

• Confident delegating, reviewing and mentoring junior staff  

• Able to work independently and apply commercial judgement  

• Strong organisational and time management skills  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Driven, proactive and career-focused mindset
