• Key Responsibilities

New Build Finishes: Deliver flawless interior and exterior painting on modern residential new builds.

Surface Preparation: Execute meticulous sanding, filling, masking, and priming to ensure premium final coatings.

Detail-Oriented Work: Maintain sharp, clean lines and flawless finishes under minimal supervision.

Site Professionalism: Keep a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand professionally in front of builders and clients.

• Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated history as a Trade Painter or competent Brush Hand (residential experience preferred).

Eye for Detail: High standards of workmanship with an inability to walk away from a subpar finish.

Reliability & Transport: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and your own basic hand tools

White Card: Current General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card) is essential.

Right to Work: Must have full, unrestricted working rights within Australia.
