Section Waiter

We're on the lookout for an experienced section waiter to join the team at Etta and Daphne.

We have a simple philosophy that runs through everything we do: give a warm welcome and make it feel like home. We want people to walk through the door feeling relaxed and leave feeling like they've been genuinely cared for.

We're proud of what we've built, but we know great restaurants are only ever as good as the people in them. That's why we're looking for people who are kind, curious, hardworking and genuinely love hospitality. People who care about the details, enjoy looking after others and are always keen to keep learning.

You'll work across two very different restaurants, each with its own personality, alongside a team that backs each other, shares knowledge and is always trying to get a little better. As a section waiter, you'll take ownership of your section, work closely with the kitchen and bar, and help create the kind of service that's warm, confident and thoughtful.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience running a section in a restaurant.
• Loves food, wine and learning more about both.
• Is calm under pressure and enjoys a busy service.
• Notices the little details and takes pride in getting them right.
• Looks after their teammates just as well as they look after their guests.

We're a small, independent business, which means you'll work closely with the people who own and run the restaurants. You'll be trusted with responsibility, supported to grow and encouraged to bring your own personality to the floor.
