ROOFERS WANTED

Permanent Full-Time | 45–50 Hours Per Week | Regional Travel Required

We are currently looking for 2 x experienced Roofers & 2 x Handymen to join a growing site team working across modular construction projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works well as part of a team and isn’t afraid to get stuck into different areas of construction.

As part of the site team, you will be involved in a variety of construction and installation works, including:

• Roofing and installation of roof flashings

• Setting out, excavating and installing foundations

• Installation of modular buildings

• Installation of decking, stairs, ramps and balustrades

• Basic concreting works

• Construction of insulated panel carports and patios

• Rectification of defects and product failures

• Basic welding – training will be provided

• General site works and assisting across different areas as required

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and hands-on people who:

• Have roofing experience

• Are confident working with hand and power tools

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Are comfortable working across a variety of construction tasks

• Can work independently as well as part of a team

• Take pride in their workmanship

• Are willing to learn new skills, including basic welding

• Are willing and able to travel regionally from time to time for projects

• Have a strong commitment to safety

You don't need to be an expert at everything – we're looking for people who are willing to learn, adaptable and happy to help wherever needed.

Employment Details

• Average 45–50 hours per week

• Travel time paid – from when you arrive/start at the yard until you return/leave the yard

• Regional travel required from time to time

• On-the-job training provided, including basic welding and other construction skills
