Every call you make could help a business discover an apprentice or trainee who becomes their next superstar employee.

This isn't about selling products. It's about helping businesses solve workforce challenges, grow their teams, and invest in future talent.

You'll spend your day speaking with business owners and decision-makers, introducing them to apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities, uncovering workforce needs, and booking appointments for our experienced Apprentice and Employment Consultants.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Start Meaningful Conversations - Connect with businesses across Australia and introduce them to the benefits of employing apprentices and trainees.
• Find New Opportunities - Identify businesses that may benefit from workforce development solutions and uncover future hiring needs.
• Book Quality Appointments - Create interest and arrange discovery conversations between prospective employers and our specialist consultants.
• Build Relationships - Develop rapport with business owners, managers, and decision-makers while representing the MRAEL brand.
• Drive Success - Work toward achievable KPIs and enjoy being rewarded for the opportunities you help create.

 What We're Looking For:

You don't need to know everything about apprenticeships. We'll teach you that.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves speaking with people and building relationships
• Has experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, call centres, recruitment, or business development
• Is confident making outbound calls and engaging business owners
• Is resilient, motivated, and positive
• Enjoys working toward goals and celebrating wins
• Brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help businesses succeed

Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, apprenticeships, or workforce development is highly regarded but not essential.
