Junior Property Manager / Business Development Manager

About the role

This role combines day-to-day property management responsibilities with business development and landlord relationship building. You will work closely with the Principal and have the opportunity to develop both your property management and business development skills as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Conducting routine inspections

• Managing lease renewals

• Following up rental arrears

• Processing tenancy applications

• Ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Preparing properties for leasing

• Providing rental appraisals and market updates

• Building strong relationships with existing landlords

About you

• Highly organised

• Confident and professional on the phone

• Comfortable speaking with landlords and tenants

• Energetic and motivated

• Comfortable with prospecting and follow-up

• Well presented

• Reliable and accountable

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Interested in both property management and business development

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or appropriate real estate qualification is required
