The Role:

We are seeking experienced cocktail bartenders. Working behind the bar, you will be the face of the venue, often the first-person guests see when they walk in. Warmly welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable is a must. This is a very hands-on position, interacting and talking with guests to deliver a service that goes above and beyond. 

Your Responsibilities

• Focus on the guests and provide an exceptional guest experience.

• Prepare the bar with everything needed for the service.

• Mix and serve drinks to a consistent and high standard.

• Maintain stock levels.

About You

• You bring exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for guest engagement

• Proven experience in cocktail bartending and an eagerness to expand your beverage knowledge

• Thrive under pressure and stay composed during peak service times

• Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused — you take initiative and pitch in wherever needed

• Energetic and engaging with a positive, team-oriented mindset

• Current RSA certification is required

Location 

The Dry Dock is conveniently located directly opposite Mort Bay Park and Thames St, Balmain Ferry Wharf - only 11 minutes from Circular Quay.

There is ample ‘all day’ free car parking located in the streets around the venue.
