Tucked inside the grand, heritage-listed Royal Insurance Building in the heart of Perth CBD, The Heritage is more than just a restaurant – it’s a destination. Home to a 40-seat à la carte dining room, a 20-seat bar, a boutique wine store, and the moody, underground cocktail haven Bobeche, our venue seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern hospitality.

We’re now looking for a talented Chef d'Partie.

What You’ll Do :

• Run a section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards and consistency.

• Support your fellow chefs in daily prep and service.

• Assist with ordering and stock rotation.

• Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and kitchen hygiene is upheld.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar kitchen environment, ideally one with a focus on quality produce and refined service.

• Calm and focused under pressure, with great attention to detail.

• Service-driven and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• A team player who helps lift the standard of those around you.

• Passionate about food and wine – and how they work together.

• You hold the following certifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or higher), WA Food Handler, and Food Safety Supervisor.
