Administration assistant

We are a national distributor that supplies sports apparel and accessories to Gymnastics and Swimming organisations. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated office/sales assistant. This is a full-time role but we are happy to consider casual/part time.

Duties & responsibilities

• Assisting Customers with their orders (on-line and email) and providing after sales support, including order progress

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders

• Answering phones and assisting customers with their queries

• Some business development work

• Assisting with stock management

• General office and warehouse duties

You will have at lease 2 years previous experience in a similar role dealing with customers and or a background in working in the sports clothing industry. Experience with Gymnastcs will be advantageous.

Experience in dealing with customers and excellent communication skills is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines are critical to succeed in this role.

This role is based near Yatala Queensland so own transport is essential.
