We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Tullamarine-based team on a fixed-term contract and support the business through an exciting SAP migration project. In this role, you'll help ensure seamless day-to-day operations and the exceptional service our customers expect.

 What You'll Be Doing

•  Processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates on order status

• Coordinating with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to support seamless order fulfilment

• Maintaining customer records, sales documentation and system data within ERP systems

• Supporting day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities to ensure high service levels are maintained

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while helping maintain operational continuity throughout the SAP migration project

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years' experience in sales support, customer service, sales administration or a similar role.

• Preferred to have experience in aftermarket parts and consumables.

•   Strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional support

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotations and documentation

• Experience using ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
