Mental Health Registered Nurse/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Full-Time/Part-Time

Hirondelle Private Hospital is iMH's second private mental health hospital. Hirondelle Private Hospital provides integrated mental health services to the Northern Sydney community. With 45 mental health beds, the team of psychiatrists, medical, nursing and allied health professionals provide a wide range of treatments across inpatient, outpatient and community settings through flexible care pathways.

About the role

The position provides an ideal opportunity to develop your skills with an organisation committed to the provision of high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. There are multiple positions available in Full-Time or Part-Time capacity.

Essential Criteria:

• Current Registration with AHPRA

• Minimum 2 years experience working in mental health nursing 

• Ability to work across a seven-day rotating roster 

• Commitment to Quality Patient Care

• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Works well independently and within a team

• Basic computer skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working within a Alcohol and Other Drug inpatient unit

• Experience working in a private hospital setting

• Experience with DMR and Vitro
