Deliver engaging and practical training, coaching and implementation support to families, support workers, providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Build strong working relationships with participants and their supporters, ensuring people feel heard, respected and included throughout the process.
Monitor outcomes, review data and adapt strategies in response to participant needs, goals, safety and quality of life.
Maintain timely, accurate and professional records, reports, progress notes and PBS documentation.
Represent Mirrored Mindset professionally and contribute to a collaborative, respectful practice culture.
About you

A completed NDIS Practitioner Suitability Assessment and an existing NDIS practitioner ID.
A strong working knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, Behaviour Support Rules, restrictive practice obligations and reportable incident processes.
The ability to confidently translate assessment findings into practical, respectful and implementable strategies.
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, professional and person-centred PBS plans and reports.
Confidence working autonomously, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of your caseload.
