Lee Ho Fook by Victor Liong is looking for talented, passionate and driven chefs to join our team.

As part of Trippas White Group, Lee Ho Fook is a Two Hat restaurant in Sydney, offering an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing kitchen and be part of a venue recognised for its food, creativity and commitment to quality.

We are currently looking for chefs across multiple levels for casual and full-time positions, with an immediate start available.

• Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Demi Chef
• Commis Chef

What We're Looking For

We're looking for chefs who:

• Have a genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Have experience working in a hatted or fine dining restaurant
• Take pride in quality, presentation and consistency
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Enjoy working as part of a professional, high-performing team
• Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Have a willingness to learn, develop and contribute
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Cantonese cuisine experience is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in contemporary Asian cuisine and the opportunity to contribute to Victor Liong's culinary vision
