Liverpool Hospital Pharmacy Department Is Seeking a Motivated, Experienced And Innovative Senior Pharmacist - Clinical Lead (Surgical). The Successful Candidate Will
Provide leadership and oversight of clinical pharmacy services. Lead the supervision, training, credentialling and professional development of pharmacists. Support and mentor staff to build capability in clinical practice Lead quality improvement, medication safety and service development initiatives. Work closely with the Pharmacy Leadership Team, including Senior Pharmacists, Deputy Directors, and the Director of Pharmacy to support the delivery of pharmacy services.

Our Team Is Looking For a Pharmacist Who
Has extensive clinical pharmacy experience in a tertiary healthcare setting, with demonstrated experience supervising and supporting pharmacists. Has experience supporting staff training, credentialling and professional development. Demonstrates strong communication and mentoring skills, with a focus on workforce capability development. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment. Has the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.Describe the most significant practice or service improvement you have led within a pharmacy service. Can you tell us about a time when you worked with pharmacists from a range of backgrounds and experience levels to achieve a common goal?
