About You

We’re looking for an experienced and confident pharmacy professional who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership, sound judgement and a commitment to improving patient care. You’ll bring a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a complex hospital environment.

• Bring recognised pharmacy qualifications and registration, with a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Demonstrate extensive hospital pharmacy experience, with strong professional and technical knowledge of pharmacy practice, services and relevant codes of practice and standards.
• Be a capable and inspiring leader, with experience supervising, educating and supporting staff, and the ability to lead service improvements and implement strategies that enhance pharmacy delivery.
• Be an analytical and collaborative problem-solver, with excellent communication, organisation and research skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
