We're seeking an experienced and values-driven General Manager, Settlement & Community Support to join our Executive Leadership Team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a diverse portfolio of services supporting migrants, refugees and multicultural communities to successfully settle, connect and thrive.
In this role, you will:Lead strategy, operations and performance across a significant community services portfolioDevelop and support high-performing leaders and teamsDrive innovation, growth and continuous improvementBuild strong partnerships with government, funders and community stakeholdersChampion culturally responsive, person-centred service deliveryContribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
We're looking for someone with:Executive or senior leadership experience in community services, settlement, migration, multicultural affairs, education, employment or related sectorsExperience leading complex service portfolios and multidisciplinary teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capabilityOperational and financial management expertiseA passion for creating positive outcomes for culturally diverse communities
