The Roles: We are currently seeking a Lighting Consultant for our St Kilda showroom.

** please note this role’s roster will include either a Saturday OR a Sunday shift, please do not apply if you are unable to commit to this.**

Full-Time Lighting Consultant – St Kilda

As the full-time Lighting Consultant at our St Kilda showroom, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, guiding clients through our range of products, and providing tailored lighting solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in our client’s journey from concept to completion, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their lighting needs and offer expert advice.
• Assist clients in selecting the best lighting solutions for residential or commercial spaces.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service from enquiry through to sale.
• Ensure the showroom is presented beautifully, with products displayed and stocked appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage client enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of lighting products and industry trends.
• Provide support in ensuring a seamless client experience across locations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail, design, or client service environment (experience in lighting is highly regarded but not essential).
• Passion for design and a keen interest in lighting solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding client service.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work across different locations (for the part-time role).
• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
