P&C Projects and Data Specialist

The Opportunity
Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented P&C Projects and Data Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Projects, Remuneration and Data Governance Manager, this role plays an important part in supporting People & Culture projects, workforce data governance, audit activities, service awards and AI-enabled initiatives across the business. Working closely with People & Culture, Business Services Centre, Technology and operational stakeholders, you will help ensure workforce data is accurate, well-governed and supports informed decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity for a P&C Professional who enjoys combing project coordination, stakeholder engagement and data-focused work while contributing to a large, leading infrastructure organisation.
