Senior Service Operations & Quality Officer

Summary:

The Senior Service Operations & Quality Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our educational services. Based in North Strathfield, New South Wales, this permanent full-time position is essential for ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of excellence in the education and training sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best practices in service operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on service performance and quality metrics for senior management.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Facilitate regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.

ESSENTIAL PREREQUISITES:

• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, School Age Education and Care, Education, Children’s Services or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Early Learning and/or OSHC.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior Centre Director, service leadership or operational leadership capacity.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing service leaders and teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-service operations, workforce planning and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and accountable working relationships.
• Experience monitoring operational and service-performance indicators.
