Dentists who back your diagnoses. Patients who come back because they understand why it matters. And set days, so you can plan the rest of your week around them.

What we're after

An Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist who:

•      Works to a high clinical standard and runs to time. Both, not one at the expense of the other.

•      Communicates exceptionally well. You can explain a periodontal diagnosis, or why a recall interval is changing, in a way that makes the patient act on it.

•      Is driven by long-term stability. You measure your own success by where a patient sits in three and five years, not by today’s appointment.

•      Values the EMS Airflow and Guided Biofilm Therapy workflow, or is keen to learn it properly. We’ll train you, and we’ll expect you to use it well.

•      Takes ownership of their book and their outcomes.

What you'll be doing

•      Preventive and periodontal therapy aimed at long-term stability

•      Guided Biofilm Therapy with EMS Airflow as our standard workflow

•      Patient education that changes behaviour, supported by digital scanning and intraoral photography

•      Clear, confident co-diagnosis with our dentists

•      Restorative work within your scope, if that is something you want. We are open to it and happy to work out what that looks like for you.

About the practice

Reef Dental Centre is a recently renovated practice in Ocean Reef. Our founder grew up on this coast, and learned his standard from his father, a carpenter: measure twice, do it once. In hygiene and therapy, that means full periodontal charting, recorded and compared visit to visit. Intraoral photographs, so the patient sees what you see. Recall intervals set on risk rather than a default six months. Re-evaluation booked after active therapy, not left to the next recall.

We hold ourselves to a high standard and we are organised about it. We would expect the same from you.
