Administration & Customer Service Officer - Finance/Credit Team

Previous Credit or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred but not essential. If you have a willingness to learn, strong customer service skills and an interest in finance, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About the Role:

• This is a customer-focused role where you'll:
• Assist customers with account enquiries via phone and email.
• Build positive relationships and follow up outstanding accounts.
• Allocate customer payments.
• Work closely with branches and internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
• Learn credit control processes with ongoing training and support.
• Contribute to improving the way we work as our Finance team continues to evolve.

You'll have:

• Experience in administration, customer service, accounts or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in building a long-term career in finance.
