Our client is seeking an exceptional Group Head of Finance to join their Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of a fast-growing, vertically integrated business operating across processing, wholesale distribution, logistics, and retail.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have the opportunity to build capability, improve systems, influence strategy, develop people, and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

As Group Head of Finance, you will lead all aspects of finance across a diverse and growing group of businesses.

You'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, statutory compliance, commercial analysis, systems improvement, and team development while providing the financial insights that drive better business decisions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and wants to help build a business, not simply report on it.

What You'll Bring

• CA or CPA qualified

• 8+ years' experience in senior finance leadership roles

• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills

• Proven experience leading finance teams through growth and change

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and reporting

• Experience implementing ERP systems or driving finance transformation initiatives

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Ideally You'll Have Experience In:

• FMCG, food manufacturing, agribusiness, wholesale distribution or retail

• Multi-entity group structures

• Inventory-intensive businesses

• Banking, treasury and covenant management

• Operational and manufacturing environments
