About the Role:
Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
Apply industrial coatings and paints using spray equipment
Inspect surfaces and finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Operate and maintain sandblasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sandblasting and industrial painting. (Pressure Pot/Conventional Spray Guns & to Paint Specifications A MUST)
Attention to detail (A MUST)
Strong communication skills.
Highly motivated & skilled technician.
Familiarity with various coating systems and surface preparation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
Strong commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
Forklift license.
