Ready to turn your skills into serious rewards? MLG Oz is hiring experienced Mobile Plant Operators to work with industry-leading equipment on high-performing sites. If safety, teamwork, and top-tier machinery excite you—this is your next move.

Operate CAT & KOMATSU Mobile Plant with confidence and precision across dynamic environments. You’ll be trusted with:

• Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump Trucks

• 2 weeks on 1 week off Roster only (2/1)

• Additional mobile plant as required

• Operate heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently

• Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and minor maintenance

• Load, haul, and move materials like a pro

• Champion safety and help build a strong, positive team culture

• Work to industry standards with pride and accountability

• Full Valid Australian Driver’s License (HR preferred)

• National Police Clearance

• High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable)

• Proven experience in mining, civil, or crushing environments

• Sharp problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset

• FULL-TIME, PERMANENT role (Annual & Personal Leave)

• $5/hr site bonus paid fortnightly

• Super on ALL hours worked
