We're already proven in New Zealand, where we're the market leader. It's proven and landing fast in Australia too, and we're growing quickly here. We're a small team doing a lot, and we need someone who can match that pace.

What You'd Be Doing

You'd own the relationships that grow Figured's footprint across Australia, working with the accounting firms and advisers who bring Figured to their clients.

Get new partners up and running properly, not just switched onTrain the people using Figured so it becomes how they work, not an extra stepSpot where there's room to go deeper with an existing partner and make the case for itGet close enough to the work that you understand your partners' clients, not just their login activityFeed what you're hearing on the ground back to our product team, so what we build actually reflects what the market needs

Who We're Looking For

Even with no direct ag or software experience, if you have transferable finance skills and this role lights you up - let’s talk. What matters more is the right mix, which might look something like this:

A track record somewhere that put you close to farm financials: an accounting practice, agribusiness banking, rural insurance, or agri consultingCommercial instinct: you can build a relationship, spot an opportunity, and make a case for it without a scriptA genuine connection to agriculture is not essential, but it’ll help: farming background, family on the land, or real hands-on experience in the sectorSelf-sufficiency. You won't have someone checking in on you daily, and you shouldn't need itThe ability to explain something complicated simply, whether that's to a farmer, a practice manager, or a bank manager
