Home Hunters Group helps everyday Australians get into the property market through house and land packages tailored to first home buyers.

We're looking for a confident, energetic Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for people who have already enquired about buying their first home.

Your job is simple: have great conversations, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments with our Senior Home Specialists.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where quality matters. We're not looking for appointments just to fill a calendar, we want genuine opportunities that convert.

• Call warm leads only – no cold calling

• Speak with first home buyers about their goals and situation

• Qualify potential buyers and identify genuine opportunities

• Book appointments with our Senior Home Specialists

• Follow up leads and manage your pipeline

• Work towards KPIs and conversion targets

• Bring great positive energy and ideas to improve results

You'll be confident, positive and sharp on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly.

You'll also have:

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or a similar role

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills

• A competitive, results-driven mindset

• Great positive energy and resilience

• Strong organisation and follow-up skills

• Appropriate Australian working rights

• Property experience isn't required — full training provided.
