This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of a network of practices within New South Wales, driving operational efficiency and commercial outcomes while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

About the Role

• Implement Smile Partner’s strategic plan to drive commercial success and improve patient outcomes.

• Lead and mentor Practice Managers across your NSW portfolio to ensure operational excellence.

• Manage all non-clinical aspects of the practices, making day-to-day operations seamless for Orthodontists and their teams.

• Act as the key liaison between practice teams and Smile Partners Australia, ensuring clear communication and streamlined operations.

• Oversee financial performance, ensuring budget and operational objectives are met.

• Provide leadership and guidance on compliance, policies, and procedures.

• Foster strong relationships with Orthodontists, Practice Managers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.

About You

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role, ideally within healthcare, dental, or orthodontics.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management and business strategy.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing competing priorities effectively.

• Ability to drive operational efficiencies while ensuring exceptional patient care.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
