The purpose of this job is..

To deliver a high-quality front-office experience within the dental practice, managing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while also providing chairside assisting to support clinical care delivery. To promote patient education in dental health and contribute to the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the practice.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance, support treatments and X-rays, and maintain clean, compliant treatment rooms (experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate with a great attitude). 
• Deliver excellent customer service by managing patient enquiries, bookings, payments, and maintaining accurate records. 
• Keep the practice running smoothly by coordinating lab work, ordering supplies, and managing daily schedules efficiently. 
• Follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.
