Working Hours: Monday (8am – 6h30pm); Thursday (9am – 7h30pm); Friday (8am – 5pm) 

Located within Westfields Tea Tree Plaza, with free on site parking.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
• Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a professional, welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards, and Bupa’s values.
