The Opportunity

As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be responsible for a range of employee and people management tasks, along with HR Generalist matters. Acting as an ‘in house’ HR function, you will lead the delivery of an entire HR function for SME's whilst acting as a trusted advisor to aid business growth. To this end, you will...
 

• Lead weekly/fortnightly client meetings and employee discussions

• Coordinate employee performance improvement and disciplinary action

• Support the HR Team with recruitment related tasks (when required) 

• Set various annual HR strategies and review existing documents + processes

• Attend client sites on a fortnightly or monthly basis (VIC Only) 

The Right Person

We are seeking someone who has prior HR experience and the skillset to be ‘forward thinking’ in their approach to work. Proactive HR and identifying issues before they arise is key, as is the successful candidates ability to manage various stakeholder relationships.

In addition, the position requires:
 

• 3+ Years of HR Generalist experience within a fast paced organisation

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• A positive, friendly and outgoing personality 

• An ability to learn fast and remain organised

• A passion for people and desire to help others by being solutions focused

Prior consulting experience is preferred, however not essential.
