Due to rapid growth, we are seeking motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our Adelaide office.

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our sales process by contacting warm and qualified leads, identifying customer needs, and booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants.

This is an office-based role located in Adelaide, offering excellent earning potential through a combination of base salary and uncapped bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone.

• Qualify leads and identify customer interest in solar and battery solutions.

• Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.

• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

• Follow up with leads and maximise appointment conversion rates.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve company targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Experience in solar, battery, energy, or home improvement industries is highly regarded but not essential.
