Due to massive demand, we are expanding our Yatala team and looking for a high-energy, ambitious Appointment Setter. We don't want a robot who just reads a script. The Role

This is a fast-paced environment where your effort—and more importantly, the quality of your work—directly dictates your paycheck. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have already expressed interest in our solar and battery solutions (Strictly Warm Leads!).

This role offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your preferred working arrangements.

Your mission:

• Own the Phones: Make high-volume outbound calls with relentless positivity and enthusiasm.

• Focus on Quality: We don't just want numbers on a board. Your commissions are paid when the system is sold and installed, which means you act as a true partner to our sales team. You will qualify leads and book rock-solid appointments that actually convert.

• Bring Ideas: We want a team player who brings fresh ideas to the table on how we can improve our pitches, processes, and conversions.

About You

1. Bright, Bubbly & Sharp: You have a naturally positive, infectious energy on the phone, but you're also smart, quick on your feet, and know how to steer a conversation.

5. Work Authorization: You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.

6. Experience Required: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in call centre, appointment setting, or sales roles. (Solar experience isn't required—full training provided!)

What We Offer

• Incredible Earning Potential: A solid, guaranteed base rate ($35-$38/hr + super) to give you stability, plus uncapped commissions paid on successfully installed sales. $140,000 OTE Inclusing super for top performers!
