About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused Marketing & Fundraising Operations Lead to help transform the way our Operations teams work.

Reporting to the Head of Enablement, this newly created role will lead the ongoing implementation, optimisation and adoption of monday.com while supporting the delivery of operational improvements across fundraising, marketing, digital media, communications, events, philanthropy, partnerships and technology functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, enjoys working across multiple teams and is passionate about improving processes, systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of workflow management practices
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional projects from planning through to delivery
• Driving the administration, optimisation and adoption of monday.com
• Designing workflows, automations, dashboards, templates and reporting solutions
• Developing training materials and resources to support user adoption
• Delivering reporting and insights to support decision making and prioritisation
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, governance and team work
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and implementation partners
• Providing leadership and support to the Fundraising Support Officer

About You
You're a natural problem solver who enjoys improving the way teams work and helping others succeed.

You bring a combination of project coordination, stakeholder management and systems expertise, alongside a passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in project management, project coordination, business enablement or operational improvement
• Experience working with workflow management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet or similar
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
• The ability to analyse and improve business processes
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple teams and disciplines
• A collaborative, approachable and service-focused mindset
• The ability to adapt quickly, embrace change and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment
