Medical Receptionist & Client Sales

Live Well Physio is an award-winning physiotherapy and allied health centre, proudly providing physiotherapy and wellness services to Perth's northern suburbs for 20 years. 

We are looking for an experienced, warm and confident Medical Receptionist to join our Mullaloo & Currambine team.

This is a people-focused role that combines exceptional customer service, medical reception and sales/client conversion. You will be an important part of helping our clinic grow by confidently responding to enquiries, recommending appropriate services and converting enquiries into bookings.

Comprehensive training in our services, systems and sales processes will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Providing warm, friendly and exceptional customer service

• Confidently managing a busy reception

• Answering phones, emails and client enquiries

• Managing appointments, payments and reception administration

• Converting enquiries into appointments

• Confidently discussing and recommending our services

• Following up enquiries and rebooking clients

• Supporting practitioners and the Practice Manager

• Maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Helping identify opportunities to grow bookings across our services

What we're looking for

• Previous medical reception / healthcare or sales experience is ideal but if you feel you'll be a great fit for our Live Well team, we encourage you to apply

• A warm, friendly and empathetic personality

• Confidence and enthusiasm for sales and client conversion

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Hours

Wednesday 1pm - 7pm (Mullaloo)

Thursday 1pm - 7pm (Currambine)

Friday 1pm - 7pm (Mullaloo)

Saturday 8am - 1pm (Alt Currambine/Mullaloo)

Flexibility to cover additional shifts when team members are on leave or unwell is essential.
