FOH All Rounder

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, energetic Barista / FOH All-Rounder to join our front-of-house team. This role suits someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering great coffee and service. You'll be confident behind the bar, comfortable on the floor, and happy to jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages

• Taking orders and serving customers with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Handling POS and cash transactions confidently

• Assisting with simple food preparation, cakes, and cabinet items

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and FOH areas

• Restocking and supporting daily operations

• Supporting the team during busy service periods

• Proven table service experience

About you

• Barista or restaurant experience preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive team player who's happy to help wherever needed

• Reliable, organised, and proactive

• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

• Ability to pour wines and provide exceptional table service
