Due to ongoing expansion within their Corporate Banking division, our client is hiring multiple Relationship Managers for opportunities based in either Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD.This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded banking professionals who enjoy client relationship management, business development and delivering tailored corporate banking solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with large corporate and institutional clients across various industriesIdentify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition and portfolio growthDeliver tailored banking solutions across corporate lending, project finance, transaction banking and related productsConduct credit analysis, financial assessment, KYC and due diligence processesPrepare and present credit submissions and financing proposalsMonitor client portfolios and proactively manage credit and operational risksCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient deal execution and high-quality client serviceMaintain strong awareness of market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirementsSupport and mentor junior team members where required
About YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or related disciplineMinimum 2 years’ experience of client relationship management and marketing experience at a relevant banking\investment institutionCredit experience in corporate banking requiredMandarin speaking capability is requiredStrong experience in client acquisition and relationship managementStrong financial analysis and credit writing capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, driven and commercially focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentMBA, CFA or FRM qualifications will be highly regarded
