Ultraceuticals Counter Manager (must be qualified Beauty Therapist)

Exciting new opportunity for a Counter Manager to join our David Jones Burwood Counter Team!
~20-30hours per week

Our Burwood counter has a loyal client base consisting of local clientele who highly value our Therapists’ expertise and guidance. We are looking for a Beauty Therapist with the confidence to take the reins and educate our clients on our product range, whilst offering valuable advice. Don’t overlook our petite counter! We have consistently achieved remarkable success acknowledged by the David Jones team for our performances.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform in depth skin consultations and provide client advice on Ultraceuticals products and treatments.

• Perform Ultraceuticals facial treatments.

• Take clients through 90 day skin journeys, achieving real visible results.

• Organise and facilitate instore events.

• Manage day to day counter operations.

• Drive individual and store sales and services targets.

• Provides ongoing training and coaching to broader team across product knowledge, sales and facial treatments.

 
Our Ideal Counter Manager

• Proven experience as a manager or team leader.

• Strong track records in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs.

• Exceptional customer service ability.

• Positive attitude, driven and self-motivated, with a passion to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to commit to a set fortnightly rotating roster.

• Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous

Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals.
