Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in our St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital team
As part of our Intensive Care Unit, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
What makes a difference for us?
Minimum 2 years Critical Care experience
Grad certificate in Critical Care preferred or working towards but not essential
Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
Desire for ongoing professional development
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Adaptability and resilience in busy, clinically complex environment
Availability to work across a fortnightly rotating roster
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
