About the role
Full-time | Banyo, Brisbane
We have a great problem!
Body Armour has solutions that help people feel better, perform better and return home safer. We also have remarkable customers, partnerships, programs and more stories than we have time to tell.
Now we need a creative storyteller to help us capture it all and share it with the world.
If you're looking for an exciting, hands-on creative role, with plenty of room to experiment, read on!
In this newly created position, you will film, photograph, edit and design content across Body Armour’s digital, social and commercial channels. You will capture products in action, customers, events, partnerships, ambassadors and people, and turn those moments into content that builds reach, strengthens the brand and ultimately tells the evolving Body Armour story.
About Body ArmourBody Armour was founded in 2017 and exists to change the way people prepare for, perform through and recover from the demands placed on their bodies. From mine sites and industrial workforces to sporting fields, retail shelves and local communities, we build practical solutions for the real-world demands placed on the human body.
Our approach brings together three connected pillars:
Formulations – Our labs manufacture clean, purpose-built hydration, sleep and recovery formulations designed for people operating in demanding environments.
Education – Our Human Factor Programs equip workforces with practical knowledge around hydration, heat stress, fatigue, sleep and recovery, turning science into actions people can use every day.
Technology – Innovative tools that help organisations better understand, monitor and manage risks such as dehydration and heat stress.
This combination has earned the trust of some of Australia’s largest mining, construction, energy and industrial organisations.
This summer, our expansion accelerates. Without giving too much away, Body Armour will announce new national retail partnerships that will mark the beginning of another exciting and challenging chapter for the brand.
The opportunityYou’ll join a close-knit team that loves to charge castle walls together, people who move quickly, back good ideas and absolutely love outside-the-box campaigns, especially if they are fun to shoot.
Working directly alongside our Marketing Manager and Director, you will take ownership of Body Armour’s content schedule and turn the company’s strategy, partnerships, customers and everyday moments into creative that brings the brand’s story to life.
Your primary responsibility will be bringing the Body Armour strategy to life by developing high-quality creatives.
One day, you may be filming at an industrial site or capturing a Surf Life Saving beach activation. The next, you could be editing a campaign video, photographing a new product, creating paid social assets, interviewing an ambassador or supporting the team with designing presentations.
If you’ve been waiting for the opportunity to take everything you can do and make it matter inside a growing brand, this is it.
What you’ll be responsible forOwning, maintaining and continually developing Body Armour’s content production schedule.
Turning agreed marketing priorities, campaign ideas and business opportunities into a practical production pipeline.
Planning, filming, photographing, editing and delivering high-quality visual content.
Producing short-form videos, Reels, interviews, product content, customer stories, event coverage, behind-the-scenes footage and longer-form brand pieces.
Adapting and repurposing content for organic social media, paid advertising, email, websites, PR support, presentations and sales use.
Capturing Body Armour events, activations, site visits, partnerships and community initiatives.
Creating branded marketing and sales collateral, including digital graphics, presentations, PDFs, campaign assets and product tools.
Managing the creative workflow with our external partners responsible for organic publishing, community management, Meta Ads, Google Ads and email marketing.
Supplying external teams with regular, platform-appropriate content, campaign briefs and creative direction.
Collaborating with our agencies on different formats, campaign hooks, calls to action and creative testing.
Working with the broader marketing team to review content performance and apply those insights to future creative.
Ensuring Body Armour’s visual identity, messaging and tone remain consistent across every channel.
Collaborating with customers, commercial partners and community organisations on shared content and campaigns.
Working closely with Body Armour’s brand ambassadors to create authentic content that leverages their stories, reach and resources.
Maintaining an organised library of footage, photographs, graphics, templates, working files and completed assets.
Supporting website and PR activity by producing the required visual and written content.
Contributing creative concepts and production requirements to campaign proposals and budgets.
We are looking for an experienced creative who can demonstrate a strong body of work across video, photography and design.
You will ideally have:
Demonstrated professional experience in content production, digital content or a similar hands-on creative role.
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your ability to produce engaging, polished content.
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots, edits and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
A commercial mindset: you understand that successful content should generate more than views and likes; it should help build trust and create demand.
Previous social media management experience.
Experience working with external digital agencies or paid-media teams.
Shopify experience.
Klaviyo experience.
Copywriting, scripting or interviewing experience.
Experience producing content for consumer products, health and wellness, sport, retail, industrial businesses or fast-growing brands.
Ownership of Body Armour’s internal content function as the company grows, with creative freedom to explore ideas, test concepts and put your stamp on the Body Armour brand.
A place within the leadership team, making decisions on where the brand goes next.
The chance to join a rapidly growing Australian business immediately before its next major phase of expansion.
An incredible variety of content opportunities across heavy industry, sport, retail, Surf Life Saving, community partnerships, events and brand ambassadors.
The autonomy to take content from the first spark of an idea through to filming, editing and final delivery.
A genuine career pathway into greater strategic and leadership responsibility, including the potential to progress into a future Head of Marketing role.
If all this sounds like it's you, then we look forward to reading your resume.
