At BioPak, we're on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic, and we need passionate people to help us get there.This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.

What you'll be doing:📞 Handling inbound sales enquiries and customer support via phone & email🛒 Supporting key accounts and resolving escalations with confidence📊 Managing CRM data with accuracy and ownership🚚 Collaborating with the Customer Care team on delivery issues⭐ Championing our most valued customers through our Watchlist program
