Now, we’re looking for a vibrant Customer Service Officer to be the voice of our brand and the heart of our customer support for our WA Head Office Operations. Part-Time 30 hours per week - 8am - 2:30pm.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports our customers every day. You’ll be based at our Head Office in Malaga, answering calls, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll also work closely with our Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to make sure every customer gets the care and service they deserve.

 
What you’ll be doing:

·         Answering incoming calls and emails with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

·         Processing customer orders accurately using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

·         Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines

·         Coordinating with our warehouse to ensure smooth dispatch

·         Assisting with product enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally

·         Supporting the team with general admin and ad hoc duties as needed

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, friendly, and love helping people. You’re someone who gets satisfaction from solving problems and creating smooth experiences for others.

We’re looking for someone who:

·         Has previous experience in customer service or a similar admin-based role

·         Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

·         Has strong communication skills — both written and verbal

·         Can manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure

·         Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

·         Is tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems

·         (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus!)
