About the role
Community Centres exist to provide safe, welcoming and accessible spaces that help people connect, learn and celebrate.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor Community Centre Events to lead the strategic activation of our auditoriums and event spaces across the Community Centres network.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Community Centre Events to lead the strategic activation of our auditoriums and event spaces across the Community Centres network. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, working alongside your team to manage event administration, logistics and delivery, while also setting the strategic direction for growth and engagement.
You will oversee the creation and delivery of growth strategies for events, guiding a small team that builds and nurtures customer relationships, activates our largest venues, and ensures every event is safe, compliant, and memorable.
Working as part of the service’s leadership group, you will also contribute to long-term planning and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategic direction.
