Talent Agency Assisstant

About the role

Loxton Management is seeking a Talent Agency Assistant to join us in Sydney NSW. This is a part-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the talent management industry. You will be working alongside experienced professionals to support the day-to-day operations of our talent agency, contributing to the success of our diverse roster of clients across the Film, Television, and Theatre sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Providing administrative support, including maintaining and updating client and talent database

• Onboarding new talent and data entry

• Managing emails and client communications professionally and promptly

• Talent communications in regards to auditions and platforms

• Social media and talent website updates

• Building strong relationships with PR agencies and Industry Professionals

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years previous experience in a talent management, PR agency, or entertainment industry setting is advantageous but not necessary for the right person

• A genuine interest in the entertainment, media and talent management industries

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work independently

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WIX, content creation, and basic IT competency

• Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidential information

• Proactive, positive attitude, and reliability

• Flexibility to accommodate the demands of the entertainment industry, including occasional extra hours and occasional evening availability
