Bay Grocer, Byron Bay's local food store, is looking for a committed person to join our team in our beautiful deli. Our food store is well known for stocking the best produce and products from local and international growers and producers while our cafe serves relaxed cabinet food and catering for customers to pick up.

The deli is one of the cornerstones of our business with an extensive range of cheese and charcuterie both prepackaged and sliced to order. A thorough knowledge of cheese needs to accompany a passion for the product as well as a strong sense of customer service.

It is a very busy section of our store with many demands requiring a skill in multi-tasking and constant attention to detail. While your focus will be on the deli there will be days where you enjoy the variety of Bay Grocer and will be working in the wider store with other team members.
