Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join the team who has experience in Audio Visual project management and within construction based projects and environments.
What will you be doing?As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of multiple commercial audio-visual projects, with a primary focus on AV integration projects across the Diversfied's operations and associated business entities. This is a critical leadership role that drives successful project outcomes for our clients and partners while supporting the broader project management and operations teams.
In this role you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to support business growth, ensure the successful delivery of services, and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. The Project Manager is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and respond to changing project requirements.
You would have proven experience in financial management, cost control, and commercial project delivery, together with a strong understanding of delivering AV solutions within construction and building services environments. Leveraging your technical AV knowledge, you will oversee the installation and commissioning of complex audio, video, and control systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project management of construction projectsMonitoring the day-to-day activities performed by the site supervisor on site and ensuring obligations of the EBA are met for the entire site team.Ensuring sufficient and updated documentation is available to all project staff at all times.Coordinate the design through liaising with engineering to ensure the timely production of shop drawings.Monitoring the procurement of equipment to ensure orders are placed using a “just-in-time” approach and deliveries occur to ensure timely completion of the project.Checking quality of the work performed on site and ensuring Diversified standard work practices are maintained.Coordination of the manufacture of custom items such as wall plates or bracketry.Maintaining a program and submitting updated programs regularly as required to the project.Documenting site status and reporting impediment to program.Ensuring sufficient resources are arranged for installation, commissioning, and programming of the project for a timely completion.Attending, or in some cases chairing, project or site meetings to ensure sufficient communication and coordination for a successful project.Monitoring of the cost and time spent during the project to ensure completion within budget and forecasting financial outcomes on a regular basis.Monitoring quality and efficiency of work, ensuring punctuality and presentation as a company representative.
