The Role As Transition Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of analysts responsible for executing end-to-end adviser and client transitions. You will design tailored transition plans across complex product structures and platform arrangements, interface directly with senior partners and advisers, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure fully compliant, frictionless outcomes.

Your Experience

• Degree qualified in Business, Economics, Law, or a relevant discipline (Change/Project Management or Financial Advice qualifications preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management catering to high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record in project managing complex, licensee-to-licensee client transitions.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring small operational or project teams.
• In-depth expertise in Australian retail financial advice regulations and wealth operating models.
