The Role Working alongside a dedicated manager, you will play a critical operational role in executing friction-free onboarding plans for new financial advisers and their transitioning clients. You will own key project milestones, curate repeatable training processes, refine client collateral, and collaborate across business units to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Your Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a wealth management or personal advice firm.
• Hands-on exposure to client/adviser onboarding, operational workflows, or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory framework governing retail financial advice.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce.
