About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our team part-time ongoing at Monash Health in a 0.8EFT position. You will be working within the geriatric evaluation and management (GEM) stream to provide meaningful intervention to older frail adults.
You’ll be part of a large, supportive subacute service, delivering high-quality occupational therapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is an exciting time to work in GEM with several model of care changes that look at making a real impact to the frail older population. This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and integral to delivering exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll empower patients to engage in meaningful activities and improve their quality of life. Your day will include:
