We’re looking for an experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.

This is a genuine plug-and-play opportunity for someone with a strong track record in education recruitment who knows the sector, understands the market and is ready to take ownership of an established desk.

Experience across both CRT and permanent education recruitment would be a strong advantage, but the priority is finding someone who knows education recruitment and can build relationships, develop business and deliver results.

Education recruitment experience

We’re looking for someone who understands the education sector and has experience recruiting within schools, early childhood, primary, secondary or related education markets.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for an experienced education recruiter who:

•         Has a strong track record within the education recruitment sector.

•         Understands the education market and has established relationships within the sector.

•         Can demonstrate a history of generating billings and developing business.

•         Has experience across temporary and/or permanent recruitment.

•         Is commercially minded and motivated by earning potential.

•         Can work autonomously and take ownership of a desk.

•         Is confident picking up the phone, developing client relationships and winning new business.

•         Wants to join an established desk rather than start from zero.

•         Is ambitious and interested in progressing their career.

Experience across a hybrid temp and perm desk would be highly advantageous, but strong sector knowledge and recruitment capability are the key priorities.
