About the role
Full-time positions available in a small family owned child care centre in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. A wonderful opportunity to foster your passion for children and education! This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment. Our team is dedicated to providing collaborative high quality child care, meaningful and interactive learning experiences for all of our children.
Key responsibilities
Support children's learning through play and meaningful interactions
Assist with routines: meals, rest time, nappy changing, toileting, transitions
Help maintain a safe, clean, engaging environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to documentation (with guidance for trainees)
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About you
Certificate III qualification or willingness to complete a traineeship
Warm, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
